Privacy Policy
This privacy policy applies to the GetMiraLife app for mobile devices, together with any related services operated by Green and Snow Studio LLC (collectively, the "Application"). Green and Snow Studio LLC is hereby referred to as the "Service Provider".
What information does the Application obtain and how is it used?
The information you enter about your child — a name, last menstrual period date, cycle length, conception date, sex, the calculated sign, and due date — is stored on your device and removed if you delete the Application. Your dates are never sent anywhere. What is sent when you request a reading is described below.
When you request a reading, your child's sign, sex, and age are sent to generate the text — and for Premium sections, the first name as well, so the text can address your child directly. All readings are written by an AI service (Anthropic's Claude API). Nothing sent is stored, logged, or used for any other purpose. Your dates — period, cycle, conception, birth — are never sent.
To manage app features and limits, the Application stores a small amount of anonymous data on the Service Provider's servers, tied only to a random identifier that is not linked to your name or your child's details. This includes the number of child profiles you have created, your purchase status, and a cache of generated readings. This data cannot be used to identify you.
Does the Application collect precise real time location information of the device?
This Application does not collect precise information about the location of your mobile device.
Advertising
The free version of the Application displays advertising. The Application uses non-personalized ads only. Ads are not targeted using your personal data, and the Application does not track you across other apps or websites. No tracking permission request is shown because the Application does not track you.
Do third parties see and/or have access to information obtained by the Application?
The Application shares data only as described above: the reading service — Anthropic's Claude API — receives your child's sign, sex, and age (and, for Premium sections, the first name) at the moment you request a reading, solely to generate that reading, without storing it; and the advertising provider serves non-personalized ads. No other data is shared with third parties.
What are my opt-out rights?
You can stop all collection of information by the Application by uninstalling it. The on-device information you entered is removed with it. Note that the anonymous profile count stored on the Service Provider's servers is retained to keep free and paid limits fair.
If you contact the Service Provider directly or voluntarily provide information by other means, you may request deletion of that information by contacting info@greenandsnowstudio.com.
Children
The Application is not intended for children under 16 years of age, or such higher age as required by applicable law. The Service Provider does not knowingly solicit data from children or market to them. If you voluntarily provide personal information through other means and are under 16 years of age, your parent or guardian must provide consent on your behalf where permitted by law.
Security
Because the Application does not store personal data on its servers, the risk of personal data exposure is minimal. However, no security system is completely secure. The Service Provider implements reasonable safeguards to protect systems and any data it holds.
Data Breach Notification
The risk of a data breach affecting your personal data is minimal. If a breach occurs involving any data you have voluntarily provided, the Service Provider will notify you as required by applicable law.
Changes
The Service Provider may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The Service Provider will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Privacy Policy with an effective date. Where required by law, the Service Provider will seek your consent to material changes before they take effect.

Your Consent
If you voluntarily provide information to the Service Provider and processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal.
